Edits that are not moves

These sit inside the move commit that needs them.

• compose/src/hyphen.rs (from hyphen/mod.rs): the include_bytes!/include_str! paths lose one ../.
• pdf export/images.rs (sRGB profile) and fonts fontdb/face.rs (bundled fonts): the include_bytes! paths gain one ../.
• engine/src/tests/file_guard.rs: ALLOWED names fonts/src/fontdb/system.rs, where fontdb's file-system code went.
• panel_docking.rs and fontdb.rs: #[path] lines dropped; the test files now sit at their default paths.
• A path a move had to rewrite that would start with super::super:: is written from the crate root (super::file::base64_encode → crate::cmd::file::base64_encode), in the cmd/{table,file,export,style,text,layout} and panels/properties splits. Paths a move didn't touch keep their super::.
• ui-egui/src/app/{keys,control}.rs shadow the crate-root keys and control modules, so nine paths in app/ are written crate::keys::…/crate::control::….
• fonts fontdb.rs: the unix_font_dirs test import carries #[cfg(all(test, not(any(target_os = "macos", windows))))], the cfg of the tests that use it.
• #[cfg(not(target_arch = "wasm32"))] on four use/pub use lines whose items are wasm-gated (menus/keys.rs, cmd/file/save.rs, cmd/file/snippets.rs, cmd/export/formats.rs), and #[cfg(all(not(target_arch = "wasm32"), test))] on one in fontdb.rs.
• doc attrs.rs: CharAttrs and ParaAttrs are defined by the attr_set! macro, so the root re-exports them by hand (pub use char_attrs::{CharAttrs, CharProps}; pub use para_attrs::{ParaAttrs, ParaProps};).
• pdf and idml: the helpers both export splits share live in export/common.rs.
• Visibility (pub(super), pub(crate)) and use lines the moves need.
• test(engine) commit after the moves: the file guard (engine/src/tests/file_guard.rs) reads pub(super) mod and pub(crate) mod test modules as test code, and no longer reads #[cfg(not(test))] modules as test code. Split files share test helpers through such modules; the guard read only mod and pub mod, so it scanned their fixtures as production code. It scans the same 136 file-system lines in production code as on main, and a planted std::fs::read in a split file still fails it.
• Doc path references: docs/architecture.md, docs/ui-parity.md, docs/localization-parity.md, and a comment in cmd/file/eps_place_tests.rs.

Log targets
