`nodePackages.*` has been removed, with most packages being moved to top-level (`yarn` in this instance), so this had to be adjusted, but everything else just works as-is.

nodePackages.*has been removed, with most packages being moved to top-level (yarnin this instance), so this had to be adjusted, but everything else just works as-is. The flake was currently broken since the bump to Rust 1.97.1.Ready?
