Point the repository and plugin readmes at the GitHub issue tracker because this plugin does not have a WordPress.org support forum. Fixes #11.

The plugin does not currently have a WordPress.org support forum, so the existing support URL returns an error. Point README.md and readme.txt at GitHub Discussions, and clarify in SUPPORT.md that Discussions is for support while Issues remains for reproducible defects and narrowly scoped enhancements.
Validation covers the PHPUnit suite, PHPStan analysis, PHP syntax, and the final support-link inventory.
Fixes #11.
