perf: reuse prewarm touch buffers

[tempoxyz-bot]

Keep a reusable storage touch vector in each prewarm worker state alongside the reused EVM. TIP-20 transfer prewarming clears and refills the worker-local buffer instead of allocating a new vector for every payload transaction.
