Foundry precompile CI patches Foundry to use checked-out Tempo crates, but it did not mirror Tempo's
[patch.crates-io]overrides into the Foundry workspace. Branches that patch shared crates such asalloy-evmcould compile Foundry against stale registry lock entries and fail before Forge tests run.Mirror active non-Tempo
[patch.crates-io]entries from Tempo into Foundry and run targeted lockfile updates for those packages when they appear in Foundry's lockfile.ref #5623
