  Closes only when cargo test -p zeroshot-rust --test native_single_execution_process -- --nocapture spawns the real zeroshot-rust binary, drives it through the existing Rust OECP client, uses real temporary SQLite, persists dispatch before effect, executes one product-owned deterministic local process through ExecutionRuntime, settles durably, exposes the terminal result through OECP, reconstructs that result after full process restart, and proves no duplicate uncertain execution. Admission-only, factory-only, conformance-only, mock-only, and database-inspection-only evidence cannot close this milestone.
