In Red Hat Satellite 6.19 document, Openshift virt-who deploy procedure incorrectly refers to hypervisor instead of VM #5330

Description

@prashantw12

Describe the issue:

  • Problem:

For OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt), section 7.3 says to deploy virt-who on a hypervisor. That is misleading — the steps must be run on the VM running on OpenShift Virtualization itself.

  • Proposed changes:

Update KubeVirt deploy attributes to use “VM running on OpenShift Virtualization itself” instead of “hypervisor”
Change example hostname from hypervisor.example.com to clientVM.example.com
Split the KubeVirt prerequisite so it no longer says “registered the hypervisor”

  • Why:

Customers are unsure where to run the deployment steps. Clearer wording removes that confusion and matches the actual deployment target.
