fix(retention/perception): número de pago configurable y un pago por detalle - #280

- Agregar Payment::numero; el template usa el número indicado (o la posición como fallback) en cac:Payment/cbc:ID. - Validar máximo un pago por RetentionDetail, el XSD de SUNAT admite un solo cac:Payment por SUNATRetentionDocumentReference; para pagos en cuotas se debe agregar un detalle por cada pago. - Parsers de retención/percepción: leer cbc:ID y PaidDate en el contexto de cada cac:Payment.
