[Bug]: Starter Kit does not include link mark

Bug Description

The main tiptap package includes the link extension in the starter kit. But this package does not.

I'd assume they should be the same for consistency?

Expected Behavior

Links should work when using the starter kit, just like they do when using the starter kit in the editor.

+1. It's also missing the underline mark from the starter kit, both of which were added to the main tiptap pacakge in v3.
