Follow-up from the http-client-resilience and opentelemetry-integration
PRs, held back deliberately until both were confirmed merged into main
(checked via git log + the GitHub API) since I don't control merge
order and didn't want either doc claim landing ahead of its own PR.

- README architecture diagram: RiftCache.Client line restored to
mention retry + circuit breaker, now true. OpenTelemetry line
changed from "not wired in yet" to describe the actual
  conditional-on-OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_ENDPOINT behavior.
- Enterprise teams bullet: OpenTelemetry moved from the "not built
yet" list to "today", since it's real now. Cloud-specific provider
implementations (Key Vault, Blob Storage, etc.) still aren't built,
so that half of the sentence stays as planned.
- ROADMAP.md: checked off the provider-interfaces/OpenTelemetry Phase
  1 item.

RiftCache.Client, default providers, single/multi-tenant mode, and the
v0.1.0 release itself were all actually done but still unchecked.
Left two genuinely incomplete: the core-service bullet bundles in
hash/list operations, which were never built (only a plain byte[]
value store exists), and the Container Apps bullet bundles Bicep with
Docker Compose -- only the compose half is done.
