Record the staging-only rollout that removes OpenGrep's dependence on Discord thread capacity. The bot updates a pending field inside the original alert and exposes stored evidence through a persistent private paginated viewer.
Document the signed image digest, exact staging image update, rollback, initial startup regression and correction, publication recovery, and staging validation. This is an operational record; shared manifests are unchanged. Production rollout and bulk thread archiving follow staging monitoring.
