Record promotion of the verified single-alert OpenGrep bot to production and the explicitly authorized archive pass for both feed channels. Include the signed image pin, rollout command, startup and publication checks, archive scope and outcome, and rollback image.
This is an operational record; shared manifests and Helm charts are unchanged. Archiving preserves thread messages. Validation: complete infrastructure hook suite, live production readiness and publication checks, and final active-thread queries for both feeds.
