Adds OpenRun to the Tools section, in alphabetical order (between KubeStack and Proxmox-GitOps).
Why: OpenRun is an open source (Apache-2.0) deployment platform for internal tools built around GitOps: apps and their configuration are managed declaratively in Git (not just app source; app creation and config changes are also done by updating a config file in Git), deployments are pulled directly from the git repo with no build server required, and it supports GitOps-based blue-green staged deployments with atomic updates across apps. It runs on a single node with Docker/Podman or on a Kubernetes cluster, with OIDC/SAML auth and RBAC.
