bug: WorldMap event tab missing

This bug seems to affect the world quest list/marker addon World Quest Tab when used alongside ElvUI + WindTools.

As shown in the screenshots, the World Quest Tab buttons/tabs are visible when using ElvUI alone, but disappear when WindTools is enabled.

I'm not sure what is causing the tabs to disappear. It seems like there may be an interaction with the WindTools World Quest Tab skin or its handling of the world map UI.

Any ideas on what might be causing this, or whether there is a setting I can disable to prevent WindTools from modifying the World Quest Tab interface?
