Pload returns 5XX error depending on browser session

Len's reported that the site doesn't work from him outside of Incognito mode, and the Don got a 502.

Wildcard tracking cookies from VT are exceeding the 4kb buffer size in uwsgi which is causing the 502. Increasing the buffer size would fix this issue
