DX-3611: Add hidden AI Assistant page for the Dashboard

Summary

Adds a docs page for the Dashboard AI Assistant (Ask Alchemy). The page is hidden in the nav (hidden: true) until the assistant is live for all teams.

The page covers:

• How to open the assistant.
• What you can ask: debug failed requests, usage, setup changes (apps, networks and allowlists, webhooks, alerts), docs answers, and support tickets.
• The approval card that must be confirmed before each change.
• What the assistant can see: the selected team only, your role permissions, masked keys, and chat history in the browser.
• Usage limits and what happens at a limit. The page gives no limit numbers because the limits will change.

The page is added under Tools & Resources → Tools, after Request Logs.
