Moves the nine Python TESTed examples from tested/<name> to tested/python/<name> (class, command-line, data-visualization, files, forbidden-construct, function, input-output, rainfall-chart, your-first-submission), and adds tested/python/dirconfig.json setting python like the other language directories. tested/ itself is left for the examples that one suite judges in every language and the language directories. Two READMEs that name the old paths are updated.

Merge order: merge this first, then https://github.com/dodona-edu/dodona/pull/9536 right after (Dodona's dev seed finds two of these exercises by path), then dodona-edu/dodona-edu.github.io#690 (it repoints the 12 docs links to tested/python/...; until then they 404).

Conflicts with #65 (file links for data-visualization): both touch tested/data-visualization/workdir/, so whichever merges second needs a rebase (I'll do it).

Also affected (not in this PR): Dodona's db/seeds.rb finds its a11y fixture activities in this repository by path (A11Y_FIXTURE_ACTIVITY_PATHS: tested/input-output, tested/your-first-submission), so dev seeding and the a11y scan need those paths updated when this merges: https://github.com/dodona-edu/dodona/pull/9536.

Effect on repository 72 (checked read-only): without tokens, Dodona matches activities by path, so the nine activities are removed and nine new ones are created at the new paths. None is in a series; they have 9 submissions in total (data-visualization 2, rainfall-chart 2, your-first-submission 5), which stay on the removed activities.

1. On this branch, git show --stat HEAD: every change is a rename into tested/python/ (no content changes), plus tested/python/dirconfig.json and two README lines.
2. In a Dodona dev checkout with seeded data, check out this branch in the local clone of the example repository under data/exercises/, sign in as zeus (http://dodona.localhost:3000/dev_sign_in/1) and reprocess the repository: the nine exercises show up under their new paths as Python exercises.
3. Edge case: open "Hello World" (now tested/python/input-output) and submit its solution/solution.py: accepted.
