feat(richtext-lexical)!: remove deprecated HTMLConverterFeature

BREAKING: removes the deprecated HTMLConverterFeature, lexicalHTML and the per-node converters.html API. Use convertLexicalToHTML and lexicalHTMLField from the non-deprecated converter instead.
