Adds reusable ARM64 HVF state restoration, storage and VirtIO input attachment, RAMFB capture, and a native Gowin presenter without cgo. Display access is serialized with execution, with Retina coordinate mapping and host cursor hiding.
Adds PSCI 1.1 and SMCCC discovery so Windows 26100 enables SYSTEM_OFF and SYSTEM_RESET. Execution adapters can expose terminal shutdown/reset results. Windows-specific firmware and debugging policy remain in trex.
Validation: cgo-disabled builds and focused display/input tests pass. An entitled HVF integration test verifies version/feature discovery and terminal power requests. A fresh Validation OS guest booted, accepted keyboard/mouse input, issued SYSTEM_OFF on shutdown, and closed its native window without an error. The local broad HVF package test needs a generated FreeBSD guest-init payload; GitHub CI provides the broader checks.
