Continues ARM64 guests after emulated ExitBootServices in an independent HVF machine, copying memory, CPU state, and the disk overlay. Adds native lifecycle/inspection APIs, firmware runtime handling, PCI ACPI declarations, RAMFB, and real keyboard/mouse forwarding through Gowin, without cgo.
Shutdown handles Windows' nameless unload-all-symbols notification and a terminal PSCI SYSTEM_OFF request. The native window closes normally; a subsequent run returns the terminal result without executing the guest. Reset remains an explicit stop rather than an automatic reboot.
Depends on tinyrange/cc#209. TinyRangeX integration: https://github.com/tinyrange/tinyrangex/pull/60.
Validation: cgo-disabled build, UEFI/ACPI/display/input tests, generated API documentation check, and an entitled HVF power-discovery test pass. A fresh Windows 26100 guest accepted shutdown /s /t 0, issued SYSTEM_OFF, and closed the native window without a traceback. Dynamic-resolution experiments are excluded.
