openstack-k8s-operators/ci-framework#4163 adds the support of cs10 based edpm jobs and cs10 job bases.

Let's use the same base here to run validation job on cs10.

This is actually good because we do not depend on delorean for Ceph anymore.

cifmw_cephadm_repository_override: true
cifmw_cephadm_version: "tentacle"

that allow us to bypass the delorean version. In this case we only need cephadm, so no need for epel (which is instead required on the client side).
In addition, from the logs Ceph deployed successfully and we use the Tentacle version.

Thanks, I missed we need ceph-common on the edpm side! I restored the patch so we can check the edpm deployment.

I'm reluctant to change the base job that other jobs are using to CS10 at this point. We have found issues in CS10 based jobs in watcher (openstack-k8s-operators/watcher-operator#450) where live migrations do not work, i.e.

Changing this, may affect other jobs based from this one, so i would not merge it until storage and other have tested this is not breaking.

I'm reluctant to change the base job that other jobs are using to CS10 at this point. We have found issues in CS10 based jobs in watcher (openstack-k8s-operators/watcher-operator#450) where live migrations do not work, i.e.
Changing this, may affect other jobs based from this one, so i would not merge it until storage and other have tested this is not breaking.
